Port forwarding not working after switching from hub 2 to hub 3

Port forwarding not working after switching (and re-adding the settings to the new hub) from hub 2 to hub 3, port 80 and 443 (I run a web server), I changed the ISP to point to the new IP address over 24 hours ago, but just not getting through the new hub ? 99% sure it's a hub problem after having run tracert, DNS and ping checks

If you are using the default VM DNS servers updates can take up to 48 hours to be applied. You could try 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 as DNS servers.

Try the hub in modem mode see if gets traffic to the web server then think about getting your own router with 1Gb ports.
