Hi my WiFi has suddenly stopped working it said weak security once but I can’t connect to it and sometimes I can’t even see it on my WiFi list I’ve tried resetting my box it flashed but hasn’t helped last night our box had no lights on what so ever I’m permanently bedbound and I depend on my WiFi to let carers in, turn heating on and off and lights everything. I’m not tech savvy so please speak dummy English for me. Thankyou very much for your time and any help you can give me. Rachy x
I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
It seems to have fixed itself we did the whole “ unplug it and plug it in again” trick and it didn’t work but now it’s suddenly fixed if any of you virgin guys did something at your end for me the Thankyou so much and everyone else that helped. Rachy x
