What do you mean by "treating a loyal customer fairly"? 

If you mean doing a £99 job for free, that's never going to happen - or every loyal customer would be wanting something for nothing.

 

Edit: crossed with previous post but this is meant as a serious question.

For those who are interested, my package price has been dropped down to less than the new customer price and my free relocation is taking place this coming tuesday.
