Hi, I’ve just moved into a house which has a VM box on the wall outside. The cover is missing and the wires are exposed.
Other threads have read that VM have fixed this , but I imagine they were existing customers. Does anyone know if VM would come and remove / fix the box for a non customer? I am with Vodafone broadband which uses another system. I’m worried about the exposed wires.
A VM person will respond on here but it can take a few days, and its in their interests to remove and terminate the cables correctly - before you just rip the whole lot out and put it in a skip 🙂

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
