Hi recently had a self install kit delivered ?. No onu power plug in the property just the internal white box. Where can I get the 240v outlet 3 pin plug for the wall box supply

Call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734 and explain what is needed.
If they offer to send and engineer - agree to that. We have seen delays in getting this item posted.

We're sorry to hear of the power supply unit missing from your Quick Start kit, we'd love to help out with this.
Can you please confirm if this is the only part missing from your kit as showing here (under installing VM broadband for first time)?
Is this for a new install and have you received all other pieces of equipment?
Also, is the hub powering up and do any lights come on or is it switched off due to this cable missing?
