My landline, Wi-Fi, and virgin TV has all suddenly stopped working? It was working 5 minutes ago and no one has touched a cable!!

Is all the equipment on the same circuit? If so check it hasn't tripped.
Are there any known issues? It might be too early to have been picked up by VM but worth checking later on as well.
Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
The Check Service Status is often only populated with details of wide spread outages.
You could also try the automated Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more localised issues down to postcode level.
Whilst not ideal it's probably a better indicator of known problems and should also show the latest estimated date/time for the fault to be repaired.
Also, after doing the above checks if nothing is showing you should call 150 from a Virgin landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111, option 2 (Faults)
Ignore all the options and don't press any buttons then you should be placed into a queue and an agent should pick up the phone and help..

Sorry to hear of the service issues experienced, we understand the confusion ad appreciate you raising this with us via the forums. Welcome to the community.
From checking the connection and equipment our side everything looks to be within the ranges and spec's we'd expect to see, it has been a few days since your post, has the service resumed in that time?
Was there anything reported here on our Service Status page explaining the issue? Please let us know.
