No power supply to hub

Hello
i have a fairly new virgin hub 3, which was replaced when my last one stopped working

since yesterday it won’t turn on, despite trying different plugs. There is a slight and quiet buzzing noise if you turn it on but that’s all. 

please help, I am desperate, we both need this for work from home tomorrow !

You'd be better off ringing VM on or just after 8am or alternatively you can wait here for a Virgin staff member to pick it up, but this is typically between 5-10 days, sometimes sooner, sometimes later depending on how busy they are.
