No internet connection

Internet disconnected around 5am this morning, woke up and still not connected via ethernet and no WiFi devices can even see the internet when they attempt to connect to it. Everything is correctly wired up and hasn’t changed since it’s been working and have no idea how to fix

Sounds like a broken hub. If it all looks good and there are no green flashing lights.

First try a full hub reset.

Turn off and push in the reset button. Turn hub on and hold in button for 1min. Hub should reset and takes around 20-25mins to reboot. Try this first, of not try to get an engineer booked in or ask for a quick start hub to be sent out

Any idea on why the hub would break all of a sudden??
