No broadband or wifi

Just off a call with Virgin tech support and been told that I will have to wait 5 days until an engineer can come out to fix my broadband and WiFi issue. That’s 5 days with no ability to work from home, 5 days with no TV, 5 days with no access to internet. I run my business from here…it’s totally unacceptable to leave me with no access to internet or wifi for 5 days. Absolutely shocking service.

That's the risk you take when running a business from a residential account, perhaps you need to upgrade to homeworks or a business account for a speedy repair?
