No broadband Sheffield 7 area.

No broadband since early this morning. Virgin website denies there is a problem. Apparently no means of reporting faults any more.

Does the service status page show the issue?

If so then there is nothing to report.

“No known issues.”  Well, the issue is known to me.  How do I report it?  Both phone and website send me on an endless circular path.

You've got a fault.  So report it on 150.  Be prepared for a long call.

You're a little behind the times. All Virgin call centres are now closed because of the virus, and there is no apparent way to report a fault online. I take this to mean that they are not carrying out repairs and maintenance. So do I assume we will be without broadband indefinitely?
