No Internet

I'm having the same problems as many others it seems.

Can a home working engineer help me when you get the chance please.

Wifi Green Light ON

Hub light flashing green

ALL cables checked and re-checked

Rebooted multiple times.

 

I have my account number and area code to hand for remote checking please.
