I need to get an Engineer to relocate my TIVO and Hub to different locations (and hence recabling etc). It has all been in the same location since cable internet actually came from the set-top box!. Anyway - I have attached 2 photos to show what I need to achieve. Could a customer Support agent help with this?

How do you call for this? Any special number?
Pity they have stopped doing Ethernet cabling, they set it up for me originally
