Modem not working

We have had a new modem fitted today, it worked for about 20 mins but now has a pink light and has disconnected from all devices and is not even visible on my WiFi networks. Tried to call but was hung up on twice. 


Trouble shooter

Virgin Hubs do stop their WiFi service if the connection to the network is lost.

Failing so early is a defect that will need to be reported.
