Yesterday my internet was really patchy on my iPhone, but fine on laptop etc, and today I’ve woken up to no internet service at all.
My hub3.0 is in modem mode, and I use google nest mesh WiFi router with one point. The hub3.0 has a flashing green base light and when I log in to settings it says:
- wireless (off)
- internet (access denied)
- telephony (disabled)
Has anyone had this problem, or know how to fix it?

It’s resolved now. Turns out there was an outage in the area, but the virgin media app and website hadn’t updated til a few hours later to show that. So was fine once that local area issue was sorted.
