All my settings are as required, I frequently travel abroad and never have any roaming, while fellow travelers have a good 4G signal (also Virgin customers). Very irritating. Please help.

When I changed to a 4G SIM, same number, I lost roaming abroad for both voice and data. I followed instructions on web site and it reenabled them.
