Microsoft Teams and Cisco Audio problems

Im trying to work from home and have to attend MS Teams and Cisco calls but they keep dropping packets and losing audio. 

I have tried being wired and wireless connected boht have problems.

I wonder if its something getting filtered on the network but cannot get an answer from 150.

See others suffering too.

Thanks for your post on our Community Forums @dorrpark22, and I'm sorry to hear of the issues when using Microsoft Teams and Cisco Audio.

Can you please confirm if you've been able to set up a broadband quality monitor to see if the connection can be tracked before, during and after using these services?

Do you experience a similar level of service when using any other services, or applications?

I switched on monitor last-night.

 Occasionally other streaming products drop but mostly teams is struggling

Thanks for coming back to us and for setting the graph up. It's not looking overly bad although there are some spikes and some packet loss showing. 

Checking things this end, when running through diagnostics, we are finding identified a connectivity issue that would cause performance related issues with your connection. This issue is impacting at least 25% of the customers in the area so we've automatically raised the issue to our network teams who will investigate and fix the fault in the area.

As this is being raised as we speak, we don't have a reference number or estimated fix time just yet but rest assured the team will get things resolved asap for you.
