Check with Area faults on  www.virginmedia.com/servicechecker or 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150. The phone will give details down to post code level.

Thanks Tudor.

I tried the service status tools and one of them had a technical issue.

I'll ring tomorrow if doesn't resolve.

Good morning @FrugalMcdougal

Welcome back to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post.

I just wanted to pop past and see how things are since your post?

Kind regards,

Zak_M

Hi Zak,

Broadband is back. I called 150 and in the process of being told to wait 24 hrs the service suddenly resumed.

It feels like the customer services helper performed some task but did not confirm this.

Appreciate your interest, thanks.
