Internet says Access Denied

I have just applied for a new starter pack for the M500 broadband on 22 July and have followed the instructions correctly. However since that day it has only showed the green wifi signal with the flashing green horizontal bar despite multiple attempts to reconnect the hub and rebooting the device. Could anyone please help as it is so difficult to get through to customer service? 

On examination of the Hub 3.0 it states the router is working but the internet states äccess denied.

Did you phone the activation line?

Hi yes multiple times every day, been on hold and no one has picked up.

Without activation the kit will not work unfortunately.
