I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

Nothing obvious in the BQM except last evening around 8pm something was happening.

If you are still experiencing the issues you need to get VM to look at it - they can take 5-10 days to get here - try calling it in

Hi John, 

It seems a hard reset has done the trick, I've not had any problems or drops since. 

But I'll keep my eye on it and let VM have a look whenever they get round to it, if it happens again I'll call in but at the moment I can wait.
