Yes that is when I rebooted it, because it kept going down, it has gone down 3 times today

Hi Emily, no it was a reboot from the hub menu, I can do a pin hole reset and see what happens

I cant see any evidence of the 3 dropouts on the BQM - showing on the earlier link. Are you seeing them on there (and/or in the network logs)?

If not, are you sure they aren't just wireless connections that are dropping?

Hi, it was really strange. Anyway, for some reason yesterday the router rebooted itself randomly. Since then its been fine. I don't have a clue what was happening with it
