Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, I am sorry to see you are also experiencing connection dropouts recently.

 


I have had a look at things our end and can see a few discrepancies with your levels and also one of your Quams isn't showing anything, please can you check all your internal connections are hand tight and then unplug router for the wall leave 2 minutes then try again.

 

Pleas come back when done and I will check this again and will be happy to arrange a technician if needed.

Hi Paul,

 

Thank you fpr responding so quickly.

It appears to have settled down.

Connections internally are all good, but I have some concerns about the external connection box which has a lose cover.
I will check it later and get back to you if the problem persits (need to get on with some work while the line is up!)

Thanks for coming back to us and for the update, I am glad to hear there has been a improvement since your last post, in regards to the brown omni cover this is something we can get fixed or replace if this is damaged, please let us know how you get on and I will be more than happy to arrange this for you?

Mark you have been using my thread for issues with your connection.

This thread is for issues I am having with my internet connection.

Please create you own thread for any issues you are having.

Paul, please note that I am still experiencing the issues but can't reset the modem until the end of the day as we are both busy getting work done.

Last few days have been fairly stable but just had slight break which caused our RDP sessions to stop.

Thanks for sending all of the details over to us Mike, have checked the info and looked at the account I can't see anything in regards to levels being out of spec but at the time of looking (last couple of minutes) the Hub was showing as uncontactable.

 

Is the Hub currently on? If it is it might just need a reboot. Once this has been done if you let us know we can see if the levels are actually as indicated here.

The hub is on 24/7 and has been all today.

Not had any disconnections since 12:25pm.

Hi,

The speeds have been fine. We don't seem to suffer with the connection slowing down, just disconnects sometimes and usually right in the middle of an online meeting or if we are streaming tv but not all the time.

Does not the log show that the router is losing the connection with the timeout errors?
