Hi.
I don't think this is so much a Virginmedia as a general computer issue (desktop PC), but hoping someone has some advice to offer.
Sometimes when in a Microsoft Teams meeting the internet connection drops out and can only be restored by re-booting the PC. I have tried this with both a wired ethernet and wireless connection.
What leads me to think its a data throughput issue is it'll drop-out when downloading large files, for example updates via the Citroen app. I can get this to work on another PC connected via WiFi.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance

Microsoft Teams has vastly more gripes that every other teleconf platform combined.
I suspect the Citroen app is dropping the transfer when the mobile phone enters power saving,
mains powered PCs tend to have time windows to power saving in the 15 - 30 mins range or
in max performance may well run always on ( my HP Workstation is always on ).

Hi, thanks for responding.
Yes, I know Teams to be a bit buggy, but unfortunately it's standard for my organisation.
The Citroen app is a windows app on the desktop. so far as I can tell I don't have any power limiting settings in place.
