Internet drops out daily

I have had the 50gb package and Hub3 for just over 12 months and it is inconsistent, drops the connection daily. I had an engineer visit last year, he adjusted the power of signal saying it was too strong and overloaded router. No real improvements. Contacted the community again, suggested I switch off router to let it update and reset, still no better. 
Yesterday it dropped out 4 times. This morning it’s done it again. Cuts off for 60 seconds then reconnects. Hopeless for working and in Teams meetings. I think there may be a problem with the exchange or box nearby, or even my router. My contract ends in November I will be leaving as it’s so unreliable.

Sorry you have had pop back on here to report the issues with your broadband.

I did run a check on the Hubs signal levels and they are in tip top shape.

The local area is also clear of any known issues.

This could be the Hub that is faulty like you have advised.

So I can arrange a visit and look at getting the hub swapped, I will need to pass security.

If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great. 



just an update, the engineer visited and replaced the hub with a Hub5. So far no drop outs and much better performance. Thanks.
