Internet down TV no signal

Thus morning no signal on TV downstairs or upstairs !

Firstly, have you checked for any “known network faults”

1) Try the “check service,”Area status webpage" (link at top right of this forum)

2) Then also try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues down to postcode level.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

The television came back a hour later but I tried my television in my bedroom St the same time as the downstairs TV and my television I got No Signal also the picture froze and picture broke up .

Sorry though to hear the issues with your TV.

Can I just ask if this how now resolved itself?

Mostly in the mornings we lose the signal also my television upstairs last  outage no signal dropped out we have 2 virgin pods one downstairs and one upstairs . 

Hey Davycrocket, thank you for confirming this and getting back to us.

I have take a look at our side and I can't see any major issues, we may need to get a 3rd pod sent out which could resolve this for you.
