Internet constantly losing connection

Anyone else having problems in area 20. Virgin are stating no known faults.

For the last 2 days my internet connection has been lost every few minutes. It does come back on for a couple of minutes then turns off again.

My son is working from home and faces losing his job if he cannot do his work

Any advice appreciated

Try a factory reset on the hub. Turn off hub. Push in reset button on back of hub and turn hub back on. Hold button in for 1min. Leave hub to restart, which should take around 20-25mins. If still no joy, try and book a engineer. If in the Rundown area there is a problem that virgin are trying to fix
