Thanks for replying. Just went on and seen only one upstream channel now, which I’m assuming isn’t a good thing

Re: Internet constantly dropping in and out

Hi there @_stephmcl

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your posts - I was sorry to understand that you've been having some broadband issues recently. Cheers for popping back with all your stats and thanks to our VIP who flagged this to us (sorry - not sure who it was!)

I have been able to locate your account from your forum information and whilst we are now able to see the 4 upstream channels, your specifications are still outside the range we would like and as such this will need a technician.

Before we can book you one out, I just need to pop you a quick Private Message to confirm the account postcode. Please do look out for a Purple Envelope in the top right of the page and pop me a reply when you can.

Cheers

Katie - Forum Team

Re: Internet constantly dropping in and out

Wee update: engineer was out bang on 8am this morning, identified a splitter? (metal box on cable into wall) as the issue so sorted this and put new cable in. Done within 30 mins.

So far looking good, will monitor throughout today and tonight.

Re: Internet constantly dropping in and out

Hi there, looking for some more help please.

Since the engineer was out and replaced the white cable into the wall I still am continuing to have problems.

My connection still is regularly dropping through the day, although maybe for slightly less time than before. It seems to be fine throughout the night though when I look at the BQM in the mornings
