Internet connection dropping out and can't use wifi

Hi,

I have an internet connection that keeps freezing on internet meetings via MS Teams. I am in area 07.

It  keeps reporting I have an unstable connection and freezes all the time. No one else on the meeting is having issues.

I have been using a wired in ethernet connection for some weeks as the wifi was too unstable.I used the new app to detect poor wifi areas in the house but it said everything was good. 

I have run diagnostics via the Hub 3.0 router . All it brought back was my wi-fi devices all have a week signal. One of them is less than a metre away.

Any idea why the broadband keeps dropping?

Can you please

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter. 

When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream and Network Log tabs onto here, if you get a yellow warning click Post again.

A Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.

Stats look OK.

Can you set up a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the other side of the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you can post the link straight away.

Post a link to your BQM on here.

Instructions for posting BQM Link

Under your BQM graph are two links in red.

Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then click generate.

Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see.

On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon)

 In the URL box paste the link you copied and then click OK - you can post the link straight away.

Those stats actually look ok, good even!

Can you setup a BQM here:

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality 

Once you have created an account your will need to create a new monitor.

Leave it running for 24 hours then post the results here (You can use your internet as normal).

Broadband Quality Monitor.

It sends a small amount of information/data to your HUB (Ping), and monitors how long it takes to respond.

This process is done 1000's of times to create a graph of the line quality.
