Internet is completely down. Router has a flashing green base light and WiFi light is green. Broadband light is sporadically flashing green but often not on at all.
Signing into router and going to the settings page it says access is denied to internet.
Been like this for 24 hours and the online tests detect no faults.
Can't get through on phone to both the call centers or retention line.
