Internet cable cut need engineer

Hi, have been on hold for quite some time now, a contractor cut our internet cable and we have no internet - please can anyone suggest a quick way to get hold of an engineer!??

You need to persevere on the phone or wait on here for 6 to 7 days for one of the VM Staff.
