All seems to be working for me too right now... hopefully it's properly fixed! It only took them 6 days....
Seems like problem solved for now. I'll be monitoring it. Anyone who continues to experience an issue. Let us all know 🙂

BTW Zoie, no-one from Virgin ever responded to my post, it was bumped down the list within about 20 mins. I don't think this system worked too well for me.
In any the wide spread area issue now seems to be resolved.
