Intermittent outages HELP

I've been having internet issues for over a month now. Everyday my internet drops for Wifi and Ethernet connected devices. To be honest i'm getting a bit sick of it. I've phoned for help over the phone numerous times they run all their usual checks ' your router looks fine to me ' and that's about it. I've been monitoring the line with Think Broadband for about a month now and it drops usually 6 / 7 times a day at its worst which is very frustrating. My speeds are great when its up and running 200+mbps. It's just the cut outs at random times.

So far I've had a new modem sent, Wifi boosters sent and 2 engineer visits. I'm not sure what the first engineer did, but the second visit installed a new coax cable coming from outside into my modem. That was yesterday but i am still facing the same issue.

I've posted numerous times on this forum about the issue and phoned god knows how many times and i'm just not getting anywhere.

Are they reluctant to send a third engineer because i will be free to leave if they don't fix it this time?

Here is my network status :-

Re: Intermittent outages HELP

None of your images are visible yet, in the meantime can you set up a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) at thinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the other side of the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you can post the link straight away.

Post a link to your BQM on here.

Instructions for posting BQM Link

Under your BQM graph are two links in red.

Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then click generate.

Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see.

On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon)

In the URL box paste the link you copied and then click OK - you can post the link straight away.

You are better off posting a live link, a snapshot is out of date after 24 hours. Instructions for posting a live link are in post 2 of this thread.

Re: Intermittent outages HELP

So the internet has been a little better over the past week. Just the past 3 nights it has completely disconnected at exactly the same time just after 8 pm. Tonight has been the worst, its been on and off about 4 times in an hour and the tv is also flickering like thats struggling too. (Just normal tv channels)

Any one have any ideas whats going on?!
