Intermittent broadband

On our wavelength

Hi All,

For the past week broadband speeds have been slow. I powered off router and back on multiple times through-out the week but still same; Did a factory reset but no avail. All cables plugged in and Hub4 has solid white light meaning ok. No issues in the area according to online checks and when did hub test it came back ok. This happens across all household devices

Thanks for your post @MylesVM, and I'm sorry to hear of the issues you've been experiencing on the connection.

I understand that you have posted elsewhere on our Forums, in relation to this matter, and has been responded to by a colleague.

Please refer back to that thread and work further with my colleague.

Multiple posts in regards to the same issue can cause multiple agents to work on the same account and fault, thus potentially causing confusion - so working with the response that has been issued on your other thread will be most beneficial.
