Installed Hub 3 now Netflix etc says no internet connection

Plugged in new Hub 3 wifi router. All lights flashed and cleared. Got yellowish/white light at bottom

Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney+ all say no internet connection

Unable to get hold of Virgin support. Phone numbers not working ( none virgin phone ) and no response via chat

Can anyone help please - do I need to activate somehow?

Thanks Gary , child safe is off so not that
Unplugged and started again. Still no joy
