Hi @bairey

Thanks for posting. I am sorry to hear of any issues with the broadband. I've done a system check today, all levels are fine, no issues/area outages. SNR (signal to noise ratio) and congestion levels are all fine as well.

Can you expand on what's happening? Is it wired/wireless both? You've said you're having to reboot daily, can you advise why?

Best,

Thanks for the reply.

If I do not reboot the hub, my firestick will not connect to the wifi network, also if I do an internet speed test from a pc connected by cat 8 ethernet cable I get 30 Mbit download speed. When I reboot the hub I get over 800Mbit and my firestick will connect. I have replaced the firestick to ensure it is not a problem.

Hi @bairey,

Thanks for the update with this. I've ran further checks on our end since Sunday, and there are no issues displaying across any of our diagnostics. Everything is within standard performance ranges. I've ran speed checks directly to your Hub, and they're showing the full speed of your package.

I can see that you have a very significant amount of devices connected, most of which are actively using the broadband at the same time. Can you please try disconnecting all of your connected devices and running a speed test on a single device, both wired and wireless?

Cheers,

Sorry, but I have only had this problem since the new hub was fitted. I will continue to reboot once a day. Thanks for your time
