Re: Hub 4 issues WiFi and Wired

Restarted the hub4 as you have recommended. It is working ok up to now. Will see how it is later in the day.

Re: Hub 4 issues WiFi and Wired

Had issues with it every day. Signal dropping out. Wired connection lost several times a day.

So frustrating, keep resetting the hub4. Works ok for a few hours and then starts playing up again.

Re: Hub 4 issues WiFi and Wired

Louise is back at work again tomorrow, uses it for work. We can't have this issue whilst she is in a meeting with court!

Re: Hub 4 issues WiFi and Wired

If internet connectivity is imperative for work then look into getting a backup DSL line and/or a 4G/5G router.

Re: Hub 4 issues WiFi and Wired

How about just getting a service that works, like what we are paying for!

Re: Hub 4 issues WiFi and Wired

Re: Hub 4 issues WiFi and Wired

I'm sorry but we pay for internet access through Virgin Media, irrelevant what we are using it for! It isn't working as it should.

Considering the state of affairs we in at the moment, most of us have no option but to work from home on a residential.  Regardless of SLA's, they should be getting a stable service for the money they are paying.

Based on your statement apcyberax, we all need change over to business lines and make sure they stick to their SLAs?

If you aren't on 1Gbps just ask for a HUB 3 and be done with it.
