We've just had a hub 4 installed. Randomly 2 devices lost the connection while others remain okay. How do I check these devices as it doesn't work with the connect app?
It's saying it can't find ip address for device with problem
Logon to the hub on 192.168.0.1, most facilities that are in the app are available via the web page.

Sorry to hear that 2 devices have lost connection to your Hub 4, to check the status of your Hub 4 please follow these steps:
- Enter 192.168.0.1 into the address bar of your browser, the settings page will then load
- Under Modem status overview you can see the status of your modem and the devices that are currently connected
