Hub 4: 802.3ad enabled out-of-the-box?

I have a new Hub 4 (Arris TG3492LG-VMB) is 802.3ad enabled out-of-the-box?

No, and neither will you find any options to enable it and bond the ports.

Do I need to contact Virgin Media and ask them to enable it? - it has to be possible as a friend of mine has an ASUS router and a HUB 4 and he has bonded his router...

Well, I'm sure your friend will provide the necessary information on "how to"   However, there was a long thread on here somewhere and the consensus was it can't be done.?
