Hub 4 1GB down slow speeds

Upgraded to 1GB during November - at that time the internet was running great. Now I am getting 500Mb speeds on Ookla speed test, my network continues to drop throughout the day while I am working and the most basic internet surfing becomes quite tedious. 

 

It is really frustrating. I have turned it on and off, have done this nearly every day to get speeds back up to normality. I am not running off wifi, everything is wired ethernet CAT6. 

 

Any help?

Your upstream levels are too high and one of them is out of sync. You can try rebooting the hub and checking the coax cables are seated correctly and securely, but it’s more than likely you’ll need an engineer to resolve.
