So my Virgin hub 3 box is showing a red colour, the WiFi is working fine no issues with it apart from the colour does anyone know what could be causing it? Thank you

It might need replacing. Try turning it off for half an hour and switch it back on again. If still red update the thread and keep it well ventilated. 

I’ll do that tomorrow night, it only changed colour about a week ago but still working fine 😊

Even so I'd suggest switching it off overnight. There is an overheating risk.
