Hub 3 red light

My hub has had a solid red light for months now. As it doesn't appear to overheat I have ignored it. Is this a common issue?

Hi @GaryH63, thanks for posting and welcome back to our community.

Sorry for any concerns your constant red light on your hub may be giving you. If the pinhole reset has not cleared the red light then I would like to look on your behalf. I am going to send you a private message. Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
