Hub 3 randomly restarts and intermittent connection

My hub 3 loses all connection constantly for between 5 minutes - 10 minutes I've spoken to technical support over 50 times. I've had 25+ engineers to my property. If you look at my account this issue has been on going since the past year. For the past month it was running nice and smooth however now the hub has decided to restart at random times once again. I have tried doing a  pin hole reset and it has made no difference. This affects both wired and wireless devices. I feel that the replacement hubs I get are refurbished ones. For 1 month everything works fine but after that it decides to create issue after issue which is totally frustrating.

Is this something you still require assistance with? What have the team and engineers advised when they have attended to investigate further?

i still require help with this before my internet was fine until omni box got installed my internet is messed i want omni box removed i require the wire to come straight in to my property please i mean i got another replacement hub on the way however i guarantee you that it wont last for long either

We would be unable to remove the omnibox. If you do have another router on the way we would recommend to await it's arrival and re-test the service.
