Hub 3 - overheating red light

Hi, I have a constant red light on my hub. I have tried moving away from other devices, ensuring it isn't blocked in, resetting etc etc. 

I believe it means it is overheating? How can I get a new one?

Sorry to hear of the issues that you're having at the moment with your hub.

 

I have been able to locate your account and arranged for a new hub to be sent out to you, If you need information about your delivery, it can be found on your online account and clicking My Account and track your order, you will also receive your tracking information via text message or email from our delivery partner.

And yet I have had the same problem for 4 weeks and reported over  2 weeks ago and you totally ignore

Thanks Steve Gareth and John willl be impressed and you have never even requested them to formally identify themselves
