Good Morning,
I have just received the installation kit. I have installed the Hub 3 and not the only light showing is orange and my internet connection is not stable.
Could anyone please give me a hint on how to resolve it? The customer service told me that the orange light is fine, however with my previous kit the light was always white.

We're sorry to hear you've been having an issue with your hub after trying to install it.
Taking a look at things today I can see the Hub is now active and showing online too.
