Hub 3 errors & wi fi drop outs

I have a permanent yellow light on the hub 3 - have tried resetting and rebooting.

Also getting lots of Wi Fi drop outs.

Think I need an engineer but can't find anywhere where to book one!

Your down power levels ar getting outside of the recommended range (Max = +10dBmV) and probably causing the issues.

You need to call it in and let them check the connection in detail and book the tech if required. Calling at 08.00 is the best time to get through quickly, but see message 2 here......
