Hello, I have recently come into problems with my Hub 3, it is operational but not showing up on all devices in the household. I've unplugged, turned off, factory reset and checked my service status on Virgin Media. None of these solutions have worked. Any help would be much appreciated.

By "not showing up on all devices", do you mean it does on some but not others? Which ones do and don't?
Are these ethernet connections or WiFi?
