Hub 2 not connecting to internet

Hub 2 not connecting to internet. Have turned on and off/ reset numberours times. 2 way arrow light continually flashing on and off. Have tried both 2G and 5G wifi and also Ethernet cable - all 3 say ‘connected, no internet’.

Have tried service status check for my area and it says there are no problems. Cannot download any kind of speed test because it won’t connect to internet.

Called customer services and the automated system says it has done some tests. This has not solved it and the system is saying call centres are closed.

We need internet for home working. Help please.

Hopefully a temporary glitch - keep testing connection. A VM tech may respond on here soon and offer to run a check.

You could try a pinhole reset of the Hub if it doesnt come to life soon

I am having the Same problem with super hub 2 

No matter what I have tried no internet

Reset hub. Had no affect.

Then 9 pm suddenly internet was working - so outage was 8 am- 9 pm despite there being no problems in my area according to status checker.

still seems to be running ok this morning so fingers crossed. 
Thanks to those who tried to help.
