How can i get help?

I have spent over an hour trying to get help with an issue.  First a bot that misinterpreted my question then an agent who refused to arrange a phone call when I requested who transferred me to another bot that transferred me to an agent that never appeared . So I tried a Web form but the options on the form didn't work.

So now I still haven't been able to discuss my WiFi issue with anyone!

So what is the nature of the problem with the service, have you taken any steps to try and fix issues, and any specifics on how, when, where the problem is apparent?
