I don’t even get out in a queue, when I follow the options I get an automated message, they reset my box and hang up. Not at any point is there an option to try and speak to someone. The last time I spoke to a human was in December and that cost me £25!
VM have such such disgusting customer services, pathetic broadband - no one picksup your call/ respond emails! I am going to next level now, already have 5 different complaint reference numbers /// but now would take this matter to the telecom authority soon!

Just look at the situation how people are soo annoyed and troubled EVERY SINGLE DAY !!! and here at bottom all Virgin Media admin/moderators (Public Relations PR- Team) will tell you that everything is Good = "All is well" story
I can't understand how companies get away with such poor customer service. It's clearly not just VM but that doesn't excuse the almost impossible way of being able to contact customer services. It doesn't, however, help our cause when anger replaces civil conversation.
I just wonder whether there is an easy way for us to, collectively, complain and in a way that cannot be ignored? There is enough of us who feel exasperated by the inability to get through to VM.
I would like to express my thanks for the help offered on this forum. It's not all bad!
