Getting sick of packet loss.

Me again,

Look, I can stand a drop in speed, I can even stand the firmware issues, but packet loss is driving me insane.

It's been going on for a few weeks now, I got a text saying all is fixed, and it was!

Then two days later it's back again.

I was getting post RS errors but its clear after it rebooted today.

I can't paste the 3.1 channel info because I have a hub5 and it doesn't show them in router status.

The only thing of note is the log:

VM speaks about ThinkBroadband's BQM with such conviction, you would think they'd know 1. How it works; and 2. How to interpret graphs.

Since they don't, download PingPlotter and run a trace to 8.8.8.8, then tell me which Hop shows packet loss. If your issue is like mine with months of loss on Hop 2, then I wish you the best of luck in getting VM to fix it.

Download PingPlotter -> ping 8.8.8.8 in 1.5 second intervals -> post the findings.

Virgin have responded and said that 'packet loss is normal and considering speed is not affected its fine'.

I disagree and have requested to be released from my contract.

I'm done with these guys.
