I cannot find anything on the website on how to book an engineer appointment am I missing something?

If it is for a new installation call the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734

For a fault Customer Service on 0345 454 1111

Alternatively fully explain your equipment problem and people may be able to help.
